Town Administrator's Report

1. Open position on the Health Trust Board - All eligible individuals can be nominated, including current board members. To be eligible for a “public official” seat on the board, an individual must either be a publicly elected official or hold an administrative position of department head or higher. At least two-thirds (8) of board members must come from Member Groups actively participating in at least one HealthTrust coverage line. Only one person may serve on the board from any one Member Group. Would you like to serve on the HealthTrust Board?  Please read the Board Role Overview and HealthTrust Board Commitment Letter. Then complete the application and submit it by the deadline of Thursday, September 17, 2026. (Note: Applications are accepted throughout the year, but are due by September 17 to be considered for the election on December 3.)   Below is the Trustee of Trust Funds Report for July , July 2026, Grant Thornton acquired CBIZ—and all of its acquired Marcum assets.  Scott Slattery will present the results of the 2025 audit on August 24th.
