Hillsborough County Taxes - Hillsborough County Tax bill for 2026. The total is $90,715,712 of which Litchfield owes $1,927,519. This equates to $0.94 per thousand of assessment on residents' tax bills. The Litchfield share is $172,093 or 9.8% more than 2025. Below is a spreadsheet showing the history of the rates.
